Our mission:
To support and equip your child in an empathetic and safe environment, offering tailored care to help them overcome their symptoms and their effects
We can assess and support the following mental health concerns:

- Generalized anxiety disorder
- Specific phobias
- Panic disorder
- Agoraphobia
- Social anxiety disorder
- Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
- Separation anxiety
- Anxiety-related sleep difficulties
- Major depression (without suicidal ideation or self-harm)
A range of services to better support you
We place great importance on a thorough assessment of symptoms in order to establish a medical diagnosis, which serves as an essential foundation for determining the most appropriate interventions in accordance with best practices. We work in partnership with you and your child to develop a tailored, personalized treatment plan. This plan may include individual and family interventions, as well as the use of medical treatment when deemed appropriate.
Initial Assessment
A detailed assessment conducted with the patient and one or both parents, allowing us to identify the nature of the anxiety disorder(s), establish a medical diagnosis, and develop a treatment plan based on the diagnosis and your child’s needs.
This evaluation lasts 2 to 3 hours, allowing the psychiatrist to conduct an in-depth and careful analysis.
Following the assessment, if treatment at our clinic is not the most appropriate intervention, you will be directed to suitable resources, with a clearer understanding of the issues and the goals to be addressed.
Medical Follow-up and Psychiatric Therapy
Medical follow-ups allow us to review your child’s progress and the treatment plan in order to make adjustments as needed. Depending on the clinical indication, individual and/or family therapy interventions may also be offered to help the child overcome symptoms and their related impacts.
These appointments may last between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on the nature of the follow-up and the child’s specific needs..
