Laurence Levasseur
Clinical Nutritionist
Laurence Levasseur is a Clinical Nutritionist with a passion for people and a member of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ). A graduate of the Université de Montréal, she has developed advanced expertise in clinical nutrition, working both in hospital settings (CHUM, CHU Sainte-Justine, Shriners Hospitals) and in private practice.
She works with children, adolescents, and adults, using an approach rooted in science, kindness, and active listening.
Her Story: Having personally overcome an eating disorder, she understands the challenges involved in one’s relationship with food. Her approach is guided by empathy, compassion, and the firm belief that recovery and reconciliation with food are possible.
As a former high-level figure skater, she has also developed a strong passion for sports nutrition, the balance between performance and health, and body respect.
