As part of this assessment, the individual will be asked to complete several recommended clinical questionnaires, in accordance with recognized best practices. These tools help to objectify symptoms, assess their severity, and support the physician in establishing a clear and accurate diagnosis.

Cognitive Disorders and Alzheimer’s Disease
